The Bear is an enemy in the original Tomb Raider, in its remake Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary and in Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Strategy
If you cannot get anywhere where the bear can't reach you, use the Shotgun. The bear does a lot of damage if he gets you. Try shooting him from somewhere above if possible. In that case the Pistols will suffice.

- In the Tomb Raider II PC expansion pack The Golden Mask there are two Polar Bears in the icy caverns on the level Furnace of the Gods.

The bear is an enemy found twice within the Peru Section in the original Tomb Raider.
- The bear in the Caves level can easily be avoided, as he is found in a pit that is optional.
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider Anniversary
The bear is found during the Peru Section in the remake of the original Tomb Raider, Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary.
Rise of the Tomb Raider
