Croft Manor in RotTR

The Croft Manor in Rise of the Tomb Raider will be released with the anniversary version of the game called Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration on 11 October 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It is unclear at the moment (August 2016) if the manor is exclusive to these versions or will be sold separately via the corresponding online stores.

Location

According to the address on several letters[1][2] Lara Croft can find in the Blood Ties DLC is 142 Abbingdon Road, Guildford, Surrey, England, AL9 5NQ. This address is of course fictional, there is no such road in Guildford. The zip code, though, is that of Hatfield House, the Manor that stood in for the house of Lara Croft in the Movies.

Appearance

This Manor will probably be similar to the Croft Manor featured in the first three Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider Games (Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld), as can be seen on of the screen shots released in July and August 2016.

Levels

Blood Ties

Blood Ties will be a story chapter that sees Lara return to Croft Manor to find her claim on it disputed by a close relative, her uncle on her mother' side, DeMornay. She has to prove her rightful ownership by exploring the manor, which will lead to confronting her past and overcome the trauma of her fathers death.

This Expedition adds about one hour of gameplay to the main game. Exploring the castle can be experienced in either the standard third person perspective or - exclusively on PS4 - in the new Virtual Reality Mode.

Blood Ties: Lara’s Nightmare

Similar to Cold Darkness Awakened, in Blood Ties: Lara's Nightmare has to face hordes of the undead in the manor.
