Bosses appear throughout the Tomb Raider series. They are considered to be enemies with considerably more strengh, agility, attacks and defence than the common enemies Lara faces throughout the games. In all Tomb Raiders, expect Chronicles, there was a boss at the very end of the game, appearing on the last level. Some Sub-Bosses also appeared during the middle of some Tomb Raider games since Tomb Raider III.
