Windows 2000 was an Operating System for the PC by Microsoft. It was published in 2000 and is now obsolete, since it is no longer supported with updates.

using third party software

The following game will work with Windows 2000 by using Glidos or DosBox:

Windows 2000 no longer supports real mode DOS. If the hard disc is not formatted with NTFS, you may also use a DOS boot disk to start the system.

using compatibility mode and or patches

The following games will work with Windows 2000 by either using the compatibility mode that was introduced with Service Pack 2 and/or an unofficial patch.

out-of-the-box

The following games will work in Windows 2000. For some of these Service Pack 2 or 3 have to be installed.

Newer games will need at least Windows XP or even newer versions.
