Lara Croft (Development)

Lara Croft is the main protagonist of the Tomb Raider franchise of video games, comics, movies and other media.
She was created in 1995 by Toby Gard, when he was employed by Core Design.
Originally planned as male character she developed into Laura Cruz a South American Amazon and finally became Lara Croft, the British Aristocrat.
