The Poison Arrows are a part of Lara's gear in Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Rise of the Tomb Raider
Poison Arrows can be used to poison Enemies from a long distance away. On impact they emit a green dust that kills everyone in its radius, or - in case of bigger enemies such as the bear - at least slows them down for a while and injures them severely.
