The London Goon is an enemy from the London Section of Tomb Raider III. Lara meets him in Thames Wharf for the first time.
It is unclear what they are guarding and why. It is likely that they are paid mercenaries of Sophia Leigh.

Strategy
The London Goons fire as soon as they spot Lara, so it's recommended to keep weapons at hand, ready for shooting.
