The Lever Switch (or Floor Lever) is a big Trigger found throughout some of the Tomb Raider and Lara Croft Games.
This trigger has a big lever that can be flipped from one side to the other. The Crowbar Switch is a very similar trigger, it however has no actual lever connected to it and the Crowbar has to be used to flip it instead.

The lever switch is introduced in Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation, where it occurs in several levels.
Custom Levels
Like most gameplay elements from The Last Revelation the lever switch can also be found throughout many Custom Levels.
Lara Croft GO
Besides the regular Lever Switch, which is here simply activated by tapping it, when standing on a nearby square on the path, Lara Croft GO also introduces a Wall-Mounted Lever Switch which Lara activates with one foot.
