Struggle is one of the Expedition Cards in Rise of the Tomb Raider to be used in one of the Expeditions, like Score Attack, Chapter Replay, Chapter Replay Elite, Remnant Resistance and Endurance Mode.

Best Usage
Due to its high score multiplier, this card is a popular favorite. It is often paired with First Aid to boost the multiplier even higher. However, combining it with cards such as One Life to Live or Frailty might not be a good idea, especially in combat-heavy levels.
