Proposal for new login text:
Dear WikiRaider User,
since there have been severe spam attacks on our wiki, account creation has been disabled permanently. We are sorry! We know a wiki is supposed to be a page where everyone can contribute, but we are only two administrators and have been deleting about 3.500 spam accounts so far, which took us the better part of a week.
But don't worry! If you want to contribute, go to our forum, create an account - if don't already have one -, and tell us you want to contribute! You will get a login to the wiki by personal message within a day. On first login change your password!
Yes, this is not user friendly, but this way we can personally check that you are neither a bot nor some guy inputting captchas for a living.
Note that for reading the wiki you do not neccessarily need to be registered! Reading is still open to everyone!

- Where do I sign up?
- I have had a login but now I can't get in!
- Every user that contributed to the wiki in the past was left untouched, login shoud work! Did you input your password correctly? Use the "retrieve password" functionality!
- I checked, my password is correct! Password retrieval says my user name does not exist...
- Users with zero contributions have been deleted as well, because they are indistinguishable from spam accounts. If you want to contribute, see above link!
- But I had contributions! Why did you delete me?!
- We're sorry, we're only humans, and humans make mistakes. Just sign up again!
- There is an error in one of the wiki articles, but I don't want to go through this tedious sign up process! What should I do?
- Go to the approprioate thread in the forum and tell us! We'll fix it. When ever we have the time. Really, maintaining this is a lot of work. So, It'd be best if you sign up and fix it yourself! ;-)
