Lara's Yacht has been shown in several of the Tomb Raider Comics, as well as Tomb Raider Underworld. Besides that we see Lara stealing Natla's Yacht in Tomb Raider/Tomb Raider Anniversary after escaping from Atlantis.
Tomb Raider Underworld
In Tomb Raider Underworld Lara travels to the Mediterranean and to Thailand in search of the Hammer of Thor. She will start her search from the Yacht, which can also be explored in-game. A trailer showing the boat in the Mediterranean Sea, Lara looks out to sea, then decends to the lower deck and then dives into the water.
