PS Vita streaming Tomb Raider (2013) via Remote Play from a PlayStation 4

The PlayStation Vita (also called PS Vita or just Vita for short) is the second portable gaming console developed by Sony and the successor of the PlayStation Portable. It was first released in Japan in December 2011 and in February 2012 in the rest of the world.

Tomb Raider for the PlayStation Vita

There is currently no Tomb Raider game that was specifically made for the Vita.

In 2011 the first five Tomb Raider games (Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider II, Tomb Raider III, Tomb Raider IV The Last Revelation, Tomb Raider Chronicles) were released via the PlayStation Network for the Vita, the PSP, and the PlayStation 3. Additionally, the PSP versions of Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend and Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary can be downloaded from the PSN store. Note: These games are ports of the original PlayStation or PSP versions without any alteration to the game play.

The 2013 reboot game is playable on the Vita via Remote Play on the PS4 in form of the Definitive Edition. Additionally, one can play Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris the same way, with the limitation that there can always be only one player per PS4 system using remote play, while possible other players have to use a PS4 controller and a TV screen.
