The Ex-janitor's key is a key found in the Park, a part of the level Parisian Ghetto in The Angel of Darkness. It's given to Lara by Bernard if the player decides to choose him to be the lucky one to whom Lara will get the Trinket Box from The Serpent Rouge.
The key will open the Garage door next to the sign "Garage" (on the same street where Janice is). The description of the key says "For Access Into The Serpent Rouge". [1]
