On 27 January 2021 a new Tomb Raider Animated Series was announced by Square Enix. It will follow the Reboot Games timeline and will be set after the events of Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It will premier in 2021 on Netflix. The show will be produced by Legendary Television and written by Tasha Huo.
