The Skull is a relic in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, belonging to the artifact collection Metamorphosis. It is given to Lara by Manu, an old blind man who used to be an archaeologist Lara meets in the Mission of San Juan, for completing the mission Explore the Local Mysteries.
