Braziers are common in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. They are mainly decorative, although they can be lit using Lara's Torch. When lit they might emit a few Gems.
In one of the Reward Challenge of the Tomb of the Torturer level every accessible brazier in the tomb has to be lit to get the reward.
Other objects that can be set on fire are Gas Vents. Unlike Braziers these are Puzzle items that need to be lit to advance in the game.
