The Bow Upgrades are an upgrade type in the Tomb Raider Reboot and Rise of the Tomb Raider specifically for Lara's Bow.

List of Bow Upgrades in Tomb Rider 2013
There are two different bow upgrades. Unlike Skills (Survivor Upgrades, Hunter Upgrades, and Brawler Upgrades), which are bought with Skill Points, these can be bought by spending Salvage.
- Cost: 150/250 salvage[1]
- Cost: 200 salvage

Upgrades in Rise of the Tomb Raider need specific Resources.
Tier I
- Cost:
- Stronger limbs allow for increased string tension and faster arrow speeds for more damage.
- Applied to all bows.
- Cost:
- Wrapped grip provides better handling of the bow and faster draw speed.
- Applied to all bows.
- Cost:
- Hide wrapped bow string around the nock decreases finger tension for additional hold time..
- Applied to all bows.
- Cost:
- Arrow nocks on the bow string allow for quicker loading of arrows and a faster fire rate.
- Applied to all bows.
Tier II
- Cost:
- Wax creates a more flexible string which makes drawing smoother and faster.
- Applied to all bows.
- Cost:
- An arrow rest on the shaft makes loading arrows easier and faster.
- Applied to all recurve bows.
- Cost:
- A more evenly balanced shaft allows for faster redraw and firing of arrows.
- Applied to all horn bows.
- Cost:
- A custom release makes holding a fully drawn string much easier, increasing hold time.
- Applied to all compound bows.
