The Strongroom Key is found in Level 12 of Tomb Raider II, Barkhang Monastery.
It can only be found once the Main Hall Key has been discovered, and the doors to the Main Hall have been opened. The Strongroom Key is found past a short avenue of slicing blade mechanisms. It opens a small room back in the Main Corridor, in which lies another key, the Rooftops Key.
