Eventually Lara makes her way into the [[Louvre]] to continue [[Margot Carvier]]'s work in finding an entrance to the [[Hall of Seasons]], below the Louvre. There one of the [[Obscura Paintings]] had been hidden.
 
 
 
 
Her first stop is [[Margot Carvier]]'s Appartment, to pick up a diary Werner entrusted her with. However Carvier does not trust Lara and is not willing to help her any further. She calls the police instead.
 
 
 
 
 
Lara then hides in the [[Parisian Ghetto]] where she hopes to find a man called [[Bouchard]], a man who was in contact with Werner before he was murdered. His nightclub, [[le Serpent Rouge]] has shut down and Bouchard is [[Bouchard's Hideout|in hiding]]. Lara can track him down and he sends her to the [[Pawnshop]] of [[Daniel Rennes]] to pick up some gear.
 
 
 
When Lara arrives there, she bumps into a strange man who is just about to leave. Rennes is already dead. When she enters the vault to get her gear, a bomb is triggered and Lara narrowly escapes alive.

Paris, the capital of France, is one of the locations in The Angel of Darkness both in the game and it's comic adaptation.

The Angel of Darkness

Lara travels to Paris to meet her old mentor Werner Von Croy. When after an argument with her, Werner is found dead, she is suspected to have murdered him. Lara has to flee from the police, while solving the mystery around the Monstrum which is resposible for the killings.

Eventually Lara makes her way into the Louvre to continue Margot Carvier's work in finding an entrance to the Hall of Seasons, below the Louvre. There one of the Obscura Paintings had been hidden.
