Automatic Pistols are a weapon in Tomb Raider II, The Golden Mask and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.
Contents
In Tomb Raider II
The Automatic Pistols are first found in the level Venice in Tomb Raider II.
The Automatic Pistols have the same accuracy, rate of fire, and do twice as much damage as Lara's own pistols. It is not revealed what make and model these guns are, but they closely resemble the Intratec Tec-22, chambered in .22LR (notice that the magazines go in front of the grips).
They are more effective than the pistols, but it still requires many rounds to dispatch average-sized enemies. They are akin to the Magnums from the original Tomb Raider, though not as effective as the Uzis. Reloading is not done in real-time, so Lara can fire continuously until her entire ammo supply is exhausted.
Automatic Pistol Clips serve as ammunition for the Automatic Pistols.
In The Golden Mask
In The Golden Mask, the Automatic Pistols are found in the level The Cold War.
The effectiveness and ammunition for the weapon are the same as in Tomb Raider II.
In Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
In Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light the Automatic Pistols are obtained after completing the Score Challenges in the level Flooded Passage.
The properties of the Automatic Pistols are the following:
