Greece is one of the locations in [[Tomb Raider]]. There have been many discussion about this location, some have let to the conclusion that it should have been [[Italy]] instead of Greece because of the [[Colosseum]] which is located there and the name of the Saint Francis, which derives from a Roman friar, or [[Turkey]] due to Midas. However in [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]] news it has been stated again that the second location is in fact Greece. Plus in [[Tomb Raider Anniversary]] they creators tried to make some puzzles to look more Greek. Instead of the Norwegian God Thor, in one of the Greek levels, they have placed the ancient Greek God [[Haephestos]] and also replaced the Latin word [[Neptune]] from the Original game with the Greek [[Poseidon]].

Mask of Tornarsuk.

The Mask of Tornarsuk is the main artefact that Lara finds in the adventure The Golden Mask. The mask is an Inuit artefact and it was found by Lara in an immense hidden kingdom of gold on a remote island in the Bering Sea. The mask is made out of pure gold. It also is the key to unlocking the Guardian of the Kingdom from its prison.

We do not know whether Lara took the mask once she defeated the Guardian. There is an object that resembles the mask in Lara's treasure vault in Tomb Raider III, however it could just be an insider joke or a reference to Indiana Jones. If that object is not the Mask of Tornarsuk, we could assume she left it at the Bering Sea, but we could also assume she may be storing it in another vault or location other than Croft Manor, or that she has destroyed it for some reason.

Powers

The mask can re-animate the spirits of dead beings. When Lara found the mask, the spirits of Inuit monks that had long died, were revived, and their spirits assumed the shape of a human body.
