Lara will encounter these Mutants in the Antarctica.
There are two kinds, small ones and big ones.
The small mutants have a poisonous yellow breath. Lara has to take a Medipack, if she inhales it. Otherwise they cannot do her any harm. And they are pretty slow, since they have to crawl. There are even some that cannot crawl.
The big mutants will attack with their claw arm. They can also run pretty fast. So all Lara can do is fire back. I recommend to use the Desert Eagle.
