The Scorpion X Clip is ammunition for the Scorpion X in The Angel of Darkness.
It's not a very common pickup, it can be found once for example at The Strahov Fortress, if Lara managed to buy the Scorpion X from Luddick in the level The Monstrum Crime Scene.
