It is obtained in the level Fiery Depths by completing one of the Reward Challenges: "Collect 10 Red Skulls".

A decorative shroud in made out of gold.
Powers
When the Golden Shroud of Cihuacoatl is equipped, it gives the abilities of Ammo Regeneration, Health Regeneration, Power Bomb and Power Speed. The powers are only granted when the Relic Power Meter is full.
