If you hold down the walk button and then press in any direction Lara will walk into this direction.
She will stop at an edge instead of going right over it. She can also walk through spikes or splinters.
In later games (on the PlayStation since TR3) Lara will sidestep when pressing Walk and left/right.
If you press Walk, while pressing Jump and Up, Lara will make a Swandive.
If you press Walk, while pressing Action and Up, when pulling up from a ledge, Lara will make a Handstand.
