The Gold Mask is an Artefact in The Times Exclusive level, which is based on Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation.
The Gold Mask can be found sitting on a pedestal in a room with a large golden Horus statue. Lara uses the grab high animation to get it.
In the epilogue[1] Lara talks to Professor Malik and Ahmed. Malik identifies the mask as that of Ankhesenamun, the wife of Tutankhamun.
