A Season Pass packages multiple Downloadable Contents together. It generally lets one download all DLC for a specific game and is slightly less expensive than buying the separate packages.

The Definitive Edition for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One contain all DLCs; the Game of the Year Edition for Steam also includes all DLCs. Both are not Season Passes in the strict sense, though.
