142 is the second secret code in the Croft Manor in the Rise of the Tomb Raider DLC Blood Ties. It is used in the Wine Cellar to unlock the door to Lord Croft's Secret Vault.
The code can be deduced from the back of the Blank Letter (Revealed) that can be found in Lord Croft's Safe. After using the Blank Letter at a lit fireplace, a map of the wine cellar appears on the front, while a strange drawing is featured on the back. By rotating the letter until the marks line up, Lara can read some Hierpglyphics she can decode using the Hieroglyphics Worksheet.

The combination 142 can be seen as one of the many Blood Ties Easter Eggs as 14 February is Lara's birthday.
