Caraldus was a Trinity knight mentioned by name in The Captain's Revenge Document from the Glacial Cavern set in Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Story
It is unclear if he is the same knight that is mentioned in The Prophet's Trail document set, but it is likely, as the same voice actor has been used to read the content.
If we assume he is the same person, he already took part in the pursuit of the Prophet and his followers to Syria. From here he continued with the Maria Adula, a Byzantine war galley, even forcing the captain to move his ship over land. The ship gets lost, and Carraldus and the crew must continue on foot, taking the cannons with them. He deliberately let the crew starve while he and six other Trinity knights followed the Remnant up into the mountains.
