Ghost Hunter (as Karl Stewart hinted this might just be a production name) is one of the side quests seen in the second Tomb Raider Reboot demo. To fulfil this side quest, Lara has to find 10 totems of a certain kind on the island. At least three of these can be found in the area of the first base camp where the player learns how to hunt using the bow.
