The Decommissioned Underground Train can be found on an abandoned part of the tracks in the level Aldwych of Tomb Raider III.
Unlike the Underground Trains that serve as traps this train is not an object but made out of building blocks.
Lara will visit a similar train in The Angel of Darkness where she awakes in a decommissioned Metro Train in the Parisian Ghetto.
