Fat is a Resources in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It can be found throughout the Peruvian Jungle, Paititi and Kuwaq Yaku. It can be gathered from hunted Animals or be found in small bowls in populated areas.
Use FAT to upgrade weapons at Base Camps.

Fat is used by Lara Croft to improve her Weapons at Base Camps.
