The Winged Atlantean (often also referred to as winged or flying Mutant or Demon) is a creature in the original Tomb Raider, making its return in Tomb Raider Anniversary.
Tomb Raider
Lara will first encounter these in Egypt and later in Atlantis. The Flying Mutant can fly at Lara, attempting to knock her off ledges. They can also produce fireballs. Like the other Atlantean creatures, it is identical in appearance to its brethren.
Tomb Raider Anniversary
Lara encounters these creatures in Sanctuary of the Scion and in the later Lost Island levels. They resemble mutated bats and can throw fireballs whilst in the air.
