Lara will encounter the Wild Boar in Cambodia, when she travels there at the age of sweet 16 to accompany Werner Von Croy. This is in ther first two levels (Angkor Wat and Race for the Iris) in Last Revelation.
These boars are pretty dangerous for Young Lara as she's got no weapons. She should leave them for Werner.
The boars have also been used in Custom Levels where a grown up Lara can use her weapons against them. Climb onto something and use Pistols.
