The White Tigers appear as enemies in Tomb Raider II and in The Lost Artifact.
Tomb Raider II
Lara encounters the white tigers in the Ice Palace. They look like the regular tigers encountered in China, but they blend in more into the snow. Lara will confront them in groups, and they can actually be more vicious than the regular tiger.
The Lost Artifact
The White Tigers also appear in the Zoo level of the Tomb Raider III add-on The Lost Artifact, It's a Madhouse.

About White Tigers
The white tiger lives in Asia; around the Siberian territory. White tigers hunt in groups that are called teams. They do work as a team when they hunt caribou; and they especially do when Lara is around. There have been no reports of white tigers killing people, but everyone in Tibet fears them. As much as people fear them, they worship the white tiger as a god, and thus the white tiger in real life is considered a good spirit.
