Valley Of The Kings is the fifth level in The Last Revelation.
It is one of the most popular levels in the game as it is where Lara first learns to drive a Jeep. The player must chase Lara's devious guide through the valley, navigating treacherously high pathways and gaping chasms. The chase continues throughout the level KV5.
The Valley of the Kings is an area of Egypt enclosed in a bend of the Nile. It houses the Royal Necropolis and the sites of the tombs of many of Egypt's pharaohs. These were built after the practice of building pyramids in the Old Kingdom Period became less fashionable, and more importantly, was regarded as less able to deter grave robbers. Lara exits the Tomb of Seth in a small square area that houses other entrances/exits to tombs. Lara commandeers nearby Jeep after picking up keys from one of the robed Blue-white Desert Warriors that lie in wait for her.
