Rise of the Tomb Raider is the title of the upcoming Tomb Raider game scheduled for release in late 2015, exclusively on Xbox.[2] This exclusivity has a duration, but it is currently unknown how long it lasts and which platform releases are to be expected after the time has run out.
In this game Lara Croft has to use the skills she learned in Tomb Raider (2013) and accept her destiny as a Tomb Raider, overcoming the trauma of being stranded on Yamatai, losing so many friends and having to kill for survival.
Camilla Luddington once again features as the Motion Capture actress for Lara Croft and Rhianna Pratchett again is head writer.
Storyline
A well-funded, shady organisation Trinity has covered up the events that happened in Yamatai and Lara’s own account in the events has been discredited. Lara sets her sights on a fabled tomb said to house the soul of an immortality-granting prophet and travels to Siberia to seek for the Lost City of Kitezh.
