The Jaguar Head is a puzzle item found in the level The Unnamed Days in Tomb Raider Underworld. It's used to complete the Mayan Calendar Puzzle alongside with the Stone Headdress. The Jaguar Head is used on the first calendar.

The head of a jaguar, carved in stone. The post mounted at the bottom of its throat indicates it's intended as part of a larger animal figure. [1]
