The Catsuit is one of the Outfits in Tomb Raider Legend.
Based on Lara's catsuits from Tomb Raiders III and IV (Chronicles), this catsuit is unlockable in the Japan level of Tomb Raider: Legend. It reaches down to Lara's wrists, and into her raiding boots.
