Bouchard's Doorman, is a character in The Angel of Darkness. His name is never mentioned.
He guards the gate to Bouchard's Hideout. Once you have collected the Trinket box from The Serpent Rouge you can give it to the bodyguard, with €800 and he will let you in, through the gate.
