To her shock, Amelia has been turned into a Thrall slave,Amelia holds out her arms as if to hug Lara, but Lara empties both her pistols into Amelia while saying that her mother had died a long time ago, sending her back into the void, dead.At the end of the game Lara and Amanda uses the same portal that transported Amelia to helheim to escape the place,returning them back to the Stone Dais in Nepal,after Amanda leaves Lara says as she gets her Yeti drawings that she left there when she was eight:"Goodbye mother,rest in peace."

Lady Amelia Croft, the Countess of Abbingdon, was the wife of Lord Henshingly Croft, and the mother of Lara Croft.
