Alastair Neil Duncan (born in 1958 in Edinburgh, Scotland), known as Alastair Duncan and sometimes credited as Neil Duncan voiced Qualopec in Tomb Raider Anniversary. Before he started doing voice acting in video games and in animated television series in the early 2000s he had made several guest appearances in both television and films.
