Tomb Raider 8 will most likely continue the story of Tomb Raider Legend, as it was left open at the end.
Crystal Dynamics are already working on the game.
Tomb Raider 8 game will probably come out 2008 at the earliest and will be playable on PC, PlayStation 3 and XBox 360. There might also be non-next-generation versions for other systems like PlayStation 2, XBox, Gamecube, but it seems unlikely.
