Robed Baddies
In The Last Revelation Lara meets two kinds of robed baddies.

Blue/White
The blue and white robed baddies carry an uzi and a sword. They keep changing the weapon they use from time to time.
How to fight them effectively:
Keep moving, and run past them while shooting. Turn around when behind them and run back past, as they are quick in turning.
In some parts of the game (Kings Valley Levels) Lara can run them over with the Jeep.

Black/Red
The black and red robed baddies carry a sword which they can use to deflect bullets and to attack Lara.
How to fight them effectively:
Shoot at them till they start swinging the sword in front of them to deflect bullets. Holster your guns and immediately redraw them. While the baddy is busy putting away his sword to start an attack you can start shooting at him again. In most cases he will decide to defend again. So start all over till he dies.
