The Portal Guardian is an artefact in The Last Revelation.

He can be combined of two separate pickups, the Ornate Handle and the Hathor Effigy, which are both found in Cleopatra's Palaces.

The Portal Guardian is also used in Cleopatra's Palaces, to open a door that ultimately leads to the throne room.
