The "Crossroads" Debut Gameplay Trailer[1] is the second preview game play video of Tomb Raider (2013). It was release in June of 2012 for E3. Unlike Turning Point before it, it is not narrated by Lara, but features audio samples directly from the game play:
Steph
This trailer is the only hint to the identity of the first of the may victims if the scavengers Lara encounters in the game: The young woman strung up over the altar is called Steph.
Her name was cut from the final game release and the text replaced by "Oh God, what happened to you?", but she is still a playable character in the Multiplayer Mode.
