Movable Objects (also Rollable Objects) are objects whose positions can be manipulated by Lara through pushing or pulling.

In the classic games movable objects are tied to the grid structure of the environment, and Lara is only able to push it if there's at least one square behind the object, or pull it if there are at least two free squares behind herself.
