Types of Blade Traps
- Wall-mounted Knife Blades occur in Tomb Raider II. Lara's only chance to get past is to jump over them.
- Sliding knife blades can be found in the Bolivia - Tiwanaku level of Tomb Raider Legend.
- The statues with knife blades are found in Tomb Raider II.
- Circular blades that rotate and kill Lara upon contact. These occur in Tomb Raider III and in Tomb Raider Anniversary.
- A trap similar to the sawblades. These are circular contraptions with knife blades attached to the ends, they rotate and kill Lara just like a sawblade would. Occur in Lara Croft: Relic Run
- The catwalk blades are found in Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation, they are attached to catwalks and snap upwards.
- Similar to the catwalk blades, but usually lining doorways.
