The Journal is a feature in Tomb Raider Anniversary and Tomb Raider Underworld. It contains notes Lara takes during the adventure.
Tomb Raider Anniversary

The Journal can be found as pickup item in Croft Manor, where it is in a wall compartment which is opened by two Small Wall Switches.
