The Golden Vraeus is an artefact key Lara will find in The Last Revelation, in the level Guardian of Semerkhet.
Lara takes this artefact from a pedestal where four Floor Blades shoot out once it is gone, so she grabs it from an angle. Later in the level, she uses it to trigger a ceiling mechanism, the mapper, which reveals the Guardian Key.
